Terms and Conditions
 STOP!!!! PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER AND THIS PAGE CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING ORDER!

Returns: Packsource Systems will not accept returns for custom products configured in error by you. Please review your product(s) carefully, and make sure you have correctly entered important information such as Company name and address. Should you choose to cancel your order after it ships, due to change of heart or mind, and or misunderstanding of our terms and conditions, there will be a 25% order cancellation fee.  If Packsource Systems makes a mistake, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can replace your product ASAP. If you feel that any products received from Packsource Systems are defective, or that there are any shortages or discrepancies, you must call and report these issues within 14 days of delivery.  Returns may be requested within 30 days of receipt of product.  All returns will have a 25% restocking fee applied.  Additional fees may apply if the product is in unsellable condition upon receipt.  You must call or email Packsource for a Return Authorization number for all returns.  Please contact us if you have questions – 800-464-3100.

Shipping: The cost for shipping is based upon individual and total product(s) weight and is calculated using each shipping service provider’s API (Application Program Interface). Rates are calculated using each shipping provider’s proprietary rate charts based on weight, dimensions, and zones. For more information on how rates are calculated please contact the shipping provider you wish to use (See provider list below). An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page and or we will contact you via phone or e-mail to disclose the true cost. Delivery times are a quotation of each service provider and are in no way guaranteed to be true or accurate by Packsource Systems. A $1.50 shipping and handling charge may be applied to all orders.

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery time frames (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table below. (A surcharge also may be applied to select items due to size and weight).

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours and ship within 3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses unless USPS service is selected. Packsource Systems will make every attempt to contact you if there are questions regarding your order, however, this is not guaranteed, and certainly doesn’t shift the burden of blame on to Packsource Systems if we do not call you.
